This historic San Antonio hacienda has hit the market for $263,000

An adorable hacienda built in 1932 in San Antonio's historic Highland Park neighborhood is for sale, and it packs a ton of personality despite having a modest $263,000 price tag.

This two-bedroom, one-bath home has many of the hallmarks most appreciated with the classic hacienda style. From the curb, it's easy to notice the bright blue front doors and windows which give it abundant south-of-the-border charm.

The structure is oriented around a rustic courtyard, another standard of the hacienda style. The house's interior is well-appointed and maintained, with the Spanish arched window and wood-burning fireplace taking center stage in the living room.

While the structure only has one bathroom, it makes up for that fact with the inclusion of a highly desirable clawfoot bathtub.

The kitchen is galley-style but wide enough to accommodate a small island. Modern updates include granite countertops and subway tile backsplash.

Both bedrooms in the single-story home have glass doors that open onto the courtyard. The primary bedroom has an eye-catching paneled wall that frames the bed with a measure of decorum.

Doors open onto a luxurious patio where the don of the house can enjoy sunshine with the morning's coffee. A hot tub is also located nearby on the large deck, which realtor Phyllis Trolinger says can be purchased with the house.

The courtyard has numerous raised beds, ideal for the avid gardener. It also features a casita that could serve as an artist's studio, she shed or man cave.

This home is listed by Phyllis Trolinger with RE/MAX Preferred Realtors.
