Nuyorican Tito Nieves is at his soulful best in this stirring Tony Succar-produced, piano-guitar-horns-Latin percussion-based tribute that starts in funky English and becomes an all-Spanish straight-ahead salsa midway. Keep 'em coming, Tony.
