There's reason to choose dinner at the bar at Cibolo Moon
Published: April 4, 2012
Smoked brisket burnt ends with Brazos Valley blue cheese and mussels with chorizo and tomato broth were other appetizers recommend by Derek and various waitstaff that happened by during the tequila trials, reinforcing my own recommendation to simply hang out at the bar. Brush up on your tequila lingo, or be very open to bartender suggestions — including those for wines from a soon-to-be-enhanced list, and a good time can be had even if the food fails to rise to the spirit's level. •
