Mixing seafood with dairy is a dicey trick, but there's nothing fishy about this crab quiche. Spinach, and the slightest dash of garlic, provide the savory hint that makes this flakey-crust delight a deep-dish treat. The potato salad on the side doesn't compete. The only eggs used are in its fresh mayonnaise. As a palate cleanser, mixed greens with, of course, vinaigrette. Added bonus: the café now lives up to its name as solo shows by local artists brighten the walls.
