Industry News: Friday night wine dinner and crawfish boil

Photo: , License: N/A

ORO Restaurant at the Emily Morgan Hotel is partnering with LangeTwins Family Winery for a special dinner this Friday, March 15. The dinner will be five courses paired with LangeTwins wines. In addition to food and drink, you can also get your caricature drawn. Definitely not part of any wine dinners I've been to, but hey, sounds like fun. The dinner is $74.95 per person — call (210) 225-5100 for reservations.

If you're observing Lent and craving non-red meat options, Lüke is offering a Friday special this Lenten season. Boiled crawfish are $5 per pound on Friday nights, ending on March 29. In traditional crawfish boil fashion, you'll also get boiled potatoes and corn. Luke has great happy hour specials, with various meat pies and other canapé-style foods for a couple bucks. With this crawfish special, you can get a full meal at a great price.
