Posing as a leafy, deconstructed burrito and weighing in with more than 30 grams of protein and fiber is the Green Bowl, one of the welcome new additions to the menu at Green Vegetarian Cuisine. Brighter and lighter than the similarly guilt-free Monk's Bowl (which is served hot), the Green Bowl is a refreshing mix of raw spinach, whole beans, quinoa tabouli, and tomatoes topped off with a scoop of guacamole ― which works wonders as a creamy dressing for this powerful little salad.
