Tuesday, January 7: It's oyster season at Central Market. The staff and a representative from the Texas Parks and Wildlife will guide participants through game management, fishing, shucking oysters and sauteing the perfect trout. Wednesday, January 8: A new year means new beer to sample during the Hangar Tavern’s monthly beer tasting.
