Best Movie Theater to See an Impromptu Double Feature

1. Santikos Bijou Cinema Bistro
4522 Fredericksburg, (866) 420-8626, santikos.com

If you’re the type of person who correctly understands film is an art form and not merely entertainment, then the Bijou is the place for you. Although it’s the artsy/foreign film lovers’ paradise in town, the Bijou also shows the best of independent and classic American films (the summer TPR Cinema Tuesdays and the free movie on Thursdays series are a must). Whether you’re doubling up on devastating Dogme 95 dramas or catching the latest Terry Gilliam and Werner Herzog back-to-back (been there, done that), the Bijou provides a full menu and plenty of drink options to see you through to the final credits.
