RX Bandits guitarist Steve Choi reflects on 16 years and one final tour

Music: To hear Steve Choi of RX Bandits tell it, there was never a proper sit-down about changing the sound of the SoCal third-wave ska group formed in 1995. Shuffled back in the corner of a strip mall on the corner of Fredericksburg and Wurzbach, India Palace is the place for all your spicy, tasty, chutney-tinged wants. Voters likely pegged this the Taj Mahal of San Antonio Indian dining because of the well-stocked buffet you can hit for lunch or dinner. Then there are the mouth-watering a la carte dishes, both of the vegetarian and meaty varieties. If you're looking for something more than the quick get-in/get-out of the buffet line, the chicken-based Indian dinner ($15.95) or the vegetarian dinner ($13.95) are two favorites. If you really wanna take on the Palace, go for giant royal dinner ($32.95), perhaps with a spiced chai to boot.
