Beaches Be Trippin': Five Texas Coast Spots Worth the Drive

Arts & Culture: Let’s face it, most of us Lone Stars view the Texas coast as a poor man’s Waikiki. Hell, maybe just a poor man’s Panama Beach — only to be used... By Callie Enlow 7/10/2013

It is a shame that an ice cream store this good doesn’t have a website. But you do find them on Facebook and, better still, you find them in the store. Delicious, store-made (literally) ice cream, gelato and even espresso, with flavors that go anywhere from the traditional to an irresistible mix of mint, pineapple, coconut, and habanero (!). I could bore you forever with a long explanation of how gelato is churned at a slower speed than ice cream (thus making it even more fattening, always a sign that the shit’s good), but better check for yourself.
