San Antonio has its share of great guacamole makers, but it's hard to find a more devoted and careful team of avocado artists than those found at this River Walk destination. Before you taste this green marvel, you have to see it prepared by your table. It's a step-by-step visual fest that combines fresh avocados (duh), fresh-squeezed orange and lime juices, roasted and charred Roma tomatoes, serrano peppers, red onions, and cilantro. Once you taste it, guacamole will never be the same.
