Best of SA 2013

Best Colorist

1. Belle Howard
Salon Boutique, 11503 NW Military Hwy. (210) 215-9458

Working out of her own studio located in Salon Boutique in the Alon Center, Belle Howard brings a decade of experience to her clients. It’s a good thing too, because Howard’s the first to admit her customers are “all over the board… from punky kids to their parents.” Howard happily accommodates requests, but she especially likes to help people step out of the box. “I’m happier doing hair color when people do something that really speaks to them personally,” she said, “not just doing what they feel like society expects.”

2. Amy Chappa
