Flash Fiction

Best of Flash Fiction, June 2012

Originally I introduced this six-worder by suggesting it had nothing to do with the Spurs' first loss of the postseason. Today I'm introducing it as Gary's admittance into the realm of prophecy. Alas, San Antonio's only major league team is no more, but we still have words with which we can express our sadness. Gary just found them presciently. I'm always looking for great six-word stories (though they certainly don't have to be alliterative, it is an extra challenge). Send them to flashfiction@sacurrent.com. — Lyle Rosdahl
